    Union Lacrosse wins it's 3rd straight league championship with a victory in their final regular season game against Camas by a score of 13-6. This is Union Lacrosses's 2nd undefeated league season in a row. Union Lacrosse finished it's 2017 season with a record of 11-4 losing in the State 4A Quarterfinals to Eastlake.

    Sat. May 16th

    Union v. Meadowdale @Cardon Field

    Union won it's first ever state playoff game in a decisive manner, beating Meadowdale from Edmonds WA 16-6.

    Sat. May 23rd

    Union v. Sumner @Sunset Stadium, Sumner WA

    Union took to the road to play Sumner HS in the Quarterfinals of the Washington State Boys Lacrosse Championships. Unfortunately Sumner was a bigger stronger team and won the game 15-6 ending the Union Lacrosse Boys first ever state playoff run.


    League Games

    Wed. May 6
    Union v Camas
    at Cardon Field

    Union stormed back from an early deficit to earn a 14-8 win over Camas. After falling behind 3-1 very early in the 2nd quarter, the Union offense got it going, scoring 6 goals in less than 5 minutes to take a 7-3 lead. The defense played strong, both as a team and individually. Goalie Dominic Mendez came up with some really big saves. The Union scoring was led by Andrew Harrah's 5 goals and Ben Morasch's 4 goals. Trey Chambers and Chandler Lindhorst added 2 goals each and Parker Lindhorst had 1. Photo highlights here.

    Union v Southridge
    at Southridge

    On Saturday, May 2nd, Union added another conference win, beating Southridge 16-2. Union was led by Parker Lindhorst and Andrew Harrah, each with 5 goals. Also scoring were Chandler Lindhorst with 3 goals, Ben Morasch with 2 goals and Nathan Lindquist with 1 goal.

    Union v Richland
    at Richland

    On Friday, May 1st, Union traveled to Richland for a conference game. Union prevailed 9-6. Scoring for Union were Payton Summers and Parker Lindhorst, each with 2 goals and an assist. Andrew Harrah also had 2 goals. Ben Morasch, Nathan Lindquist, and Trey Chambers also scored.

    Thu. April 29
    Union v Columbia River
    at Kings Way

    On Wednesday, April 29th, Union took on the conference leaders, Columbia River. Union came out on top with an 11-7 victory. The teams were tied 2-2 after the 1st quarter. The Union defense then held Columbia River scoreless for the next 2 quarters, with Union building a 9-2 lead after 3 quarters. In the 4th quarter, Columbia River mounted a comeback, but Union added a couple of goals of their own to insure the win. Union was led by Andrew Harrah's 3 goals and an assist. Trey Chambers added 2 goals and 2 assists. Sam Rink contributed 2 goals and Payton Summers added 2 goals and an assist. Chandler Lindhorst and Parker Lindhorst also scored. Goalie Dominic Mendez had 8 saves. Union is now 8-3 on the season and 3-2 in conference play. Photo highlights here.

    Union v Columbia River
    at Camas

    Columbia River got off to a fast start, scoring the first 4 goals, but Union came back and only trailed by a goal at half-time. Columbia River extended their lead in the 3rd quarter and finished with a 15-11 victory. Photo highlights here.

    Union v Camas
    at Camas

    Union led at half-time, but Camas pulled away in the 3rd quarter for an 11-8 Camas victory.

    Union v Southridge
    at Shahala

    Union Lacrosse started its conference play with a 9-6 win over Southridge (Kennewick) on Friday. Payton Summers led the scoring with 4 goals and Parker Lindhorst had 2 goals and 6 ground balls. Trey Chambers added a goal and 2 assists. Also contributing goals were Chandler Lindhorst and Nathan Lindquist. Goalie Dominic Mendez had 8 saves. Photo highlights here.

    Thu. April 2
    Union v Westview
    at Westview

    On Thursday, Union played Westview (Ore) and lost 11-9. Again, Union had a 2-goal lead going into the 4th quarter, but this time Westview tied the game and then took the lead for the first time with 3:45 left. Scoring for Union were Trey Chambers with 2 goals and an assist, Nathan Lindquist with 2 goals, and Andrew Harrah with a goal and 2 assists. Sam Rink, Payton Summers, Parker Lindhorst and Chandler Lindhorst also added goals.

    Mon. March 30
    Union v Aloha
    at Aloha

    On Monday Union took on Aloha (Ore), winning 9-8. Union had a 2-goal lead going into the 4th quarter, but Aloha tied it up before Union scored the winning goal with 6 minutes left. Nathan Lindquist had 2 goals, including the game winner. Parker Lindhorst added 3 goals and Trey Chambers had 2 goals and 2 assists. Also scoring for Union were Chandler Lindhorst and Payton Summers. Goalie Dominic Mendez made 20 saves, with 9 coming in the 4th quarter.

    Tue. March 24
    Union v Sheldon
    at Shahala Middle School

    Union Lacrosse improved to 4-0 on the season with a 13-2 win over Sheldon (Eugene, Ore.) on Tuesday, March 24. The game was tied 2-2, but Union then scored the last 11 goals of the game. In the second half, Union's defense limited Sheldon to no shots on goal. Scoring for Union were Ben Morasch with 3 goals and 3 assists, Trey Chambers with 3 goals and 3 assists, Jarad McKinney with 2 goals, and Jonathan Stell with 1 goal, 1 assist, and 11 ground balls.     Sat. March 21
    Union v Wenatchee
    at Camas Cardon Field

    Union finished off their first week with another win, this time against Wenatchee on Saturday, by a score of 10-5. Union only led 2-0 at half-time, but pulled away in the 3rd quarter. Scoring for Union were Summers with 4 goals and an assist, Morasch with 3 goals and an assist, Chambers with 2 goals and 4 assists, and Chandler Lindhorst with a goal.     Union v Central Valley
    at Camas Cardon Field

    On Friday, Union played Central Valley (Spokane) and cranked up the offense, winning 16-3. Summers had 5 goals, Chambers had 4 goals and 6 assists, Parker Lindhorst had 3 goals and 4 assists, and Morasch and Chandler Lindhorst contributed 2 goals each.     Tue. March 17
    Union v Century
    at Century HS

    Union won their opener last Tuesday against Century (Ore.), 12-9. Century had a 2 goal lead early, but Union had a strong 2nd and 3rd quarter and then held off a Century rally in the 4th quarter to secure the win. Scoring for Union were Trey Chambers with 3 goals and 3 assists, Parker Lindhorst with 3 goals and an assist, and Ben Morasch with 3 goals. Payton Summers, Chandler Lindhorst, and Andrew Harrah also added goals.
